What’s your favorite Oribe product and why?

MB: A space to express. It's a very intimate experience, calming and relaxing in the midst of a busy city setting.
What’s your proudest moment of your career?
MB: Hard to pick just one… From ribbon cutting at my salon opening, where my youngest son did the cutting, to the gorgeous relationships I have with my clients.
What’s your one piece of advice for your clients?
MB: You are already so beautiful, now let's help create that expression with your hair to reflect YOU.
What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned?
MB: Be present, listen deeply, and enjoy the ride.

AL: I work at Chris Chase Salon, in Chelsea, in New York City. It’s chic, there’s always a lively conversation, and the vibe is warm and welcoming. I love being there.
What’s your one piece of advice for your clients?
AL: Trends are fun, but the real magic is in applying an idea to yourself… Not the other way around.
What’s your favorite part of what you do?
AL: I love building relationships with people, and helping them feel good and look stunning… I love people, and I love the opportunity we have with hair to spark up a new intrigue.

What’s your favorite part of what you do?
CC: The relationship I have with my clients is everything! It starts with trust, my clients get a consultation every time they come in, whether you are a new client or I have been seeing them for 20+ years! It's an experience every time.
What and who inspires your work?
CC: I am surrounded by and have worked with many gifted stylists that are all amazing in their own way… I love being part of this amazing culture and community!
What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned?
CC: You need to learn the rules before you can break the rules. Consistency is everything!
