Inside Oribe’s Eternal Curls Collection Launch in NYC
At Oribe, texture is never an afterthought. To celebrate the launch of the Eternal Curls Collection, we gathered editors, creators, and industry insiders at the Edition Hotel in New York City for a first look at Oribe’s newest era of curl care. The space came alive with campaign imagery, dynamic product displays, and even a live fashion illustrator—a playful nod to our roots in artistry and luxury fashion. In other words—good food, great company, and curls at the center of it all. Keep reading for the full story.
A Taste of Oribe’s World
Between beverages and bites, Michele Burgess, Executive Director of Product Development, shared the inspiration behind the reimagined collection—detailing the intention, research, and consumer insights that shaped each formula. She also introduced the new Eternal Curls Polish & Protect Oil, a rich, nourishing oil that seals in moisture, enhances shine, and protects curls without weighing them down.
The Technique: Curl Masterclass
Oribe Ambassador Stacey Ciceron brought the collection to life on two distinct curl types, demonstrating how tailored layering and product pairings elevate every curl pattern. From hydration and definition to frizz control and protection, Stacey shared pro tips and styling insights, reinforcing Oribe’s commitment to all textured hair. The response was immediate. “I learned so many techniques from Stacey—I realized I’ve been styling my hair all wrong,” shared Victor Qunnell Vaughns of Ebony.
Continuing the Conversation
The celebration extended after we left the lunch table. Stacey and Modern Salon co-hosted an Instagram Live on launch day, demonstrating the collection on 4C curls while answering live questions from viewers. A dedicated feature followed on Modern Salon’s website, ensuring the story reached textured hair enthusiasts far beyond the event.
The Eternal Curls Collection meets the needs of every curl type, blending luxury, performance, and education into one seamless experience.
