GRWM with @beautyspock

Any follower of Frances Sullivan, aka @beautyspock, knows she has a knack for modernizing vampy vintage pin-up looks — especially when it comes to her hair. A voluminous supermodel blowout is a timeless pairing with clothes from any era, so we asked Frances for the #oribeobsessed routine she turns to when it comes to creating a flawless one that lasts.
“If you want to do that big, bouncy, blowout hair and make it stay in place, the most important thing is the product you're using,” says Frances. Here’s what she uses — and how she uses it — to get the look:
1.
I start by using Gold Lust Repair and Restore Shampoo and Conditioner in the shower.

2.
I go in with the Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil on my ends to keep the frizz under control.

3.
For me, the most important step is the Maximista Thickening Spray, which I apply on my hair while it’s damp. The difference you see at the end when you're using this product is huge. Otherwise, it will just be so difficult to get that height and hold that you want.

4.
While drying my hair, I make sure that I'm always blowing the roots upwards as much as I can.

5.
I style and let it set for a while before I take it down. Once I've left that in for about 10 minutes and it's completely cooled down, I take them out and I go in with the Dry Texturizing Spray to give some extra volume to the root area. I never skip this step, because I really want that mega volume on top. And this product, combined with the Thickening Spray that I used in Step 3, makes sure the hair holds its style for so much longer. It's such a great alternative to back-combing or overusing hairspray.

“That's how I achieve my nineties blowout hair with my Oribe products and make it last all day!”
