Myth: shaving makes hair growth back thicker
Truth: “Not so, unless you've made changes to your diet, added essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids to support healthy hair from within; shaving it off will not make it grow back thicker.
If you have poor hair quality, or over-processed hair beyond repair, shaving will remove the damaged hair, but not make your new hair thicker. However, your new hair will have a fresh start to life!”
Myth: the more frequently you wash your hair, the more hair fall you’ll see
Truth: “When we wash our hair, loose hairs will come out, and this is normal.
The more frequently you cleanse your scalp and hair, the less shedding you will experience.
The less you wash your hair, the more you will notice extra shedding on wash day, and that's due to a build up of excess telogen, which is the loose hair waiting to be released.”
