Questions About Your Order

How long does it take between the time I place my order and when it ships out?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be shipped out. To calculate when you will receive your order, please consider the processing time as well as the shipping time.

Oribe.com's warehouse will not ship on Thanksgiving, Christmas and the day after Christmas. We will have a similar closure on New Year's day and the day after. Please add an additional 2 business days processing time to all orders placed around major holidays.

How do I track my order?
If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. What is your shipping policy?
Ground shipping is free in the continental U.S. with orders of $100 or more. An $8 flat fee will apply to all orders below $100.

Currently, our website only accommodates shipments within the continental U.S; we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin islands. For abroad requests and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, please call our office during business hours at 1-888-ORIBE-99 (1-888-674-2399) between Monday and Friday 9:30AM-5:30PM EST to find the closest Oribe retail location to you. Furthermore, we do not accept international credit cards as payment.

Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx and currently Oribe.com only ships FedEx Ground to comply with aerosol shipping restrictions. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-8 business days for shipping. Standard shipping charges will apply.

How do I return a product?
Oribe.com offers products and services of integrity. Items purchased from Oribe.com must be returned to Oribe.com.

Oribe.com can only accept refunds, returns & exchanges for unopened items purchased from Oribe.com and can only be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of product. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.

Customers in need of returning a product should call 1-888-ORIBE-99 (1-888-674-2399) to have a Return Authorization Number issued. Please include a copy of the packing slip, with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked, in the box with the returned product.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, processing time for refunds is 7-10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail

Are shipping fees refundable?
We're sorry; shipping fees are not refundable. For return shipping we recommend that to ensure prompt delivery you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).

What if the item I order is out of stock?
If an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order be assured that we are actively working to get it to us from our other warehouse. Please check back in a few days. We will not accept back orders on any products.

What if not all the items I want are back ordered?
If your order contains both in-stock and back ordered items, the in-stock items will still ship, and of course, you'll only pay for those items.

When will I be billed for my item?
Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your Oribe Products. You will receive a ship confirmation email that will alert you when the products leave our warehouse.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Credit card information entered at Oribe.com is secure. All orders placed on Oribe.com are processed through NetSuite and are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.

What method of payment does Oribe accept?
Oribe accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

In the event your credit card is declined, Oribe will inform you of this event and request a new credit card number. Please provide Oribe with your new credit card number within 5 days so we can fulfill your order without you having to resubmit your order.

As email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, we advise that for your protection you do NOT send credit card information via an e-mail message to Customer Service. Instead, we suggest that you call us directly 1-888-ORIBE-99 (1-888-674-2399) with your credit card information.

How Is sales tax calculated?
All orders shipped from Oribe.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

Does Oribe.com support multiple ship to addresses?
Currently, Oribe.com does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.

Does Oribe.com ship to PO Boxes?
At the moment, Oribe.com unfortunately does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Does Oribe.com ship to Canada?
We regret that we do not ship outside the U.S. at this time for orders placed at Oribe.com. Please refer to our Oribe Retail Locator for a directory of stores that offer Oribe products, listed by country. For shipments to countries not listed in our Store Locator, please call our office at 1-888-ORIBE-99 (1-888-674-2399) between Monday and Friday 9:30AM-5:30PM EST to see if international orders can be processed to your requested country.

How do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?
From time to time we will email you with updates, new product information or styling tips. If you wish to unsubscribe from our Customer File, you may simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email we have sent you.

How do I change my email address?

Who is Oribe?
Oribe has been one of the most sought after hairstylists for fashion, editorial and advertising work for the last 30 years.
