Hair by Ramona Eschbach

V Magazine’s new issue focuses on models and the powerhouse agencies that represent them. For the One Model Management spread, hairstylist Ramona Eschbach collaborated with photographer Rad Hourani (he also designed some of the clothes) for looks that were tailored to each model. “The shoot was really about the individual girl and bringing out her natural beauty,” Ramona says. “Rad always likes things to be clean and perfect, so each look has that in common.” For the look seen on model Jade Jackson, the slightly off-center style was a happy accident: “As Rad started shooting, Jade put her head forward and a section of hair fell forward on top!”

1. Prep hair with Foundation Mist and Royal Blowout, comb hair back on the sides and upwards on the top.
2. Use Gel Sérum on the sides, as well as on the roots at her hairline.
3. Blow-dry with a comb to get lift and mold the hair into a square shape on top. Finish with Imperméable.
