Celebrity stylist Alexa Rodulfo used Oribe products to get Ivanka Trump red carpet-ready for the 2012 Met Gala. Alexa tells us how to recreate this stunning look:

1. Dry the hair using Maximista on each section.
2. Spray each section with Superfine and curl with a 1-inch iron. Let cool.
3. Divide hair into a triangle on the top from bangs to the crown. Create a loose bun in the back with the rest of the hair.
4. Spray Dry Texturizing Spray on the triangle section and tease the crown for volume and to cover the bun.
5. Mist with Superfine to finish the look.
 • Garrett Hedlund
Hair by Anna Bernabe

For this year's Met Gala, actor Garrett Hedlund wore a classic slicked-back hairstyle by Anna Bernabe to complement his chic Prada suit. Here’s how she got his polished look:

1. Prep hair with Foundation Mist, then add Gel Sérum and comb it through.
2. To keep the direction, blowdry the hair back, adding a combination of Rock Hard Gel and Gel Sérum.
3. Use a wide-tooth comb to break up the hair and keep it slightly loose.
4. Finish the style with Soft Lacquer to keep the hair in place and shiny throughout the night.

1. Apply a moderate amount of Après Beach to wet hair, then blow dry with a very small round brush to smooth out the hair. Make it smooth and flat, but not super straight.
2. When hair is completely dry, work a nickel-sized amount of Gold Pomade through the top of the hair, then down to the sides and the back. Push and comb the hair with your fingers to create movement.
3. In inclement weather (like that evening’s rain), spray Imperméable all over to protect the hair from moisture.
4. Seal the look with Superfine.
• Brit Marling
Hair by Aviva

'I wanted to give Brit texture and movement and Oribe's Dry Texturizing Spray is my go-to product for achieving this. I don't have to use as much to get the desired look as other texturizing sprays and it smells heavenly!'
