Heart of Glass by Blondie – I’m a huge fan of Blondie. I always loved Debbie Harry’s haircuts. Growing up, I thought she had the best hair.
 • Kien Hoang's Pick

You’re Not The One by Sky Ferreira – I love the simplicity and texture of the hair. I really like her personal style; her look is always very simple. She has a bob in this video, which she cut herself using a knife! It’s all choppy and fantastic.
 • Kien Hoang's Pick

Do You Really Want to Hurt Me by Culture Club – I love the soulfulness of Boy George’s voice. If you listen, you don’t know if he’s a man or woman. His hair was always so colorful, and the style was always changing. His style was completely out of the box and experimental. Paired with his voice, the dynamic is beautiful.
 • Coby Alcantar's Pick

I Want Candy by Bow Wow Wow – Music video watching left my radar when reality TV took over; I don’t even know anything current. But, an all-time favorite that comes to mind is Annabella Lwin in 'I Want Candy.' That video is burned into my memory. I love the placement of the topknot, the texture of the hair with the pieces falling out and the sections that follow the head shape for the undercut. She is just so cool!
 • Louis Orozco's Pick

National Anthem by Lana Del Rey – Her hair is big, voluptuous and beautifully polished. It’s retro with a modern twist.
 • Louis Orozco's Pick

Live It Up by Jennifer Lopez – In this latest video, her hair reminds me of what we’ve been doing at our Backstage: On Location events. Also, all the backup dancers have fun, different looks.
 • Louis Orozco's Pick

Human Nature by Madonna – I’m taking it back with this one. I like that Orlando Pita braided black leather into her cornrows to create the look.
 • Ramona Eschbach's Pick

Wicked Game by Chris Isaak – He has supermodel Helena Christensen in the video, so that automatically makes it more glamorous. I love the mermaidy long hair that's all wet and looks like seaweed.
 • Ramona Eschbach's Pick

November Rain by Guns N Roses – This is classic ‘80s/early ‘90s rocker hair. Stephanie Seymour looks amazing, as do Slash and the rest of the band. It looks like they used a lot of mousse!
 • Ramona Eschbach's Pick

Sunday Girl by Blondie – Blondie has always been a hair inspiration to me and still is for lots of fashion shoots! She was also such a beautiful woman with great talent. Even though her hair changed styles slightly throughout her career, she always had that 'Blondie look' that everyone can still recognize.
 • Adam Livermore's Pick

Bedtime Story by Madonna – This video is surreal and beautiful.
 • Adam Livermore's Pick

Good Hit by Jennifer Lopez – I had the opportunity to work on this video with Oribe, and we did that big sexy classic hair that Oribe is known for. It was incredible.
 • Adam Livermore's Pick

Alejandro by Lady Gaga – The video has a huge cast and everyone has amazing hair. It’s very modern and androgynous.
 • Ashley Brecken's Pick

What Goes around Comes Around by Justin Timberlake – Scarlett Johansson's hair was great, and I love the setting of the video.
 • Ashley Brecken's Pick

Circus by Britney Spears – Britney’s hair has soft sculpted waves that resemble Old Hollywood, but still have a very tousled feel to them that give it a very sultry effect. I love her bob in the scene with all the sparks flying behind her; the silhouette is amazing.
 • Ashley Brecken's Pick

These Boots Were Made for Walking by Jessica Simpson – This video was just so great! Jessica's hair was that perfect blend of sexy, soft, long waves that every woman wanted. It’s very Victoria's Secret…very sultry.
 • Ashley Brecken's Pick

Scream & Shout by will.i.am featuring Britney Spears – I love the volume in Britney’s hair; very voluptuous and very sexy.
 • Ashley Brecken's Pick

Candyman by Christina Aguilera – I love everything about this video! I like all the references to pin-ups from the ‘40s and ‘50s: sexy, curvy women who embraced their inner sex kitten. Her changing hair colors are great—the blonde, red and brunette are really vibrant. Paired with the makeup, it's just so spot-on to how pin-up girls were.
 • Ashley Brecken's Pick

Lady Marmalade by P!nk, Mya, Christina Aguilera and Lil’ Kim – I love Christina's crazy voluptuous texture in this video. The bigger the better! P!nk’s texture is amazing, as is Lil' Kim's ‘20s sculpted bob, which is coming back right now.
 • Steven Schmidt's Pick

Ain't It Funny by Jennifer Lopez – I love how Oribe did Jennifer's hair in this video. Whenever I need updo inspiration, I watch this video and it always inspires me to do beautiful hair.
 • Steven Schmidt's Pick

Milkshake by Kelis – The way Kelis wears her hair natural in this video drives me nuts!
 • Steven Schmidt's Pick

Express Yourself by Madonna – A bleach-blonde bob set in waves, classic.
 • Ronnie Stam's Pick

Higher Love by Steve Winwood – I love the long swinging hair.
