My holiday Shine look is sleek and chic, with twinkling taupe and pale white shimmering eyes and lots of lashes.

1. Apply pale shimmering white all over the lid and brow bone, then blend a taupe shimmer in crease of lid.

2. Line softly at base of lashes with black eyeliner.

3. Curl lashes and apply a mascara primer and two coats of black mascara.

4. Layer a white silvery cream highlighter across tops of cheekbones, down the center of the nose, on the inside ”V” of the eyes and on the cupid’s bow.

5. Dust a pale pink blush on apples of cheeks.

6. Finish with a sheer nude gloss or creamy nude lipstick.

A flawless, radiant-looking complexion allows you to shine! This look focuses on enhancing the skin with a youthful, healthy looking glow. It’s versatile enough to be worn for a holiday party, a night out for drinks or even the office. Regardless of the occasion, glowing skin is in.

1. Apply Becca Radiant Skin Satin Finish Foundation, followed by one pump of Shimmering Skin Perfector in Moonstone. Use fingertips to highlight the skin along the high parts of the cheeks and temples for an instant glow.

2. Buff on a rosy-pink blush onto the apples of the cheeks for an uplifting glow.

3. Apply a pea-sized amount of a shimmering, light beige cream shadow, such as Eye Tint in Vicuna, over the entire lid from lashes to brow bone to brighten lids and create a doe-eyed effect.

4. Closely line the top lashes with a rich black liner from the inner corners to the outer edge of the lash line. Smudge lightly to create a soft-focus effect.

5. Follow with two coats of black mascara on the top lashes.

6. Dab lips with a spicy nude gloss for a natural looking finish.

This look is easy to achieve and definitely has a lot of holiday dazzle to it. It features a metallic shine on the eyes and a pouty shine on the lips without being too glossy. It’s a great evening look.

1. Start with a luminous tinted moisturizer.

2. Highlight the cheekbone and brow bone.

3. Curl lashes and fill in any thin spots or holes in the eyebrows.

4. Apply bronzer to the cheeks and crease of the eye to warm up the face. Dust whatever is left on the brush lightly on the T-zone.

5. Take a metallic turquoise eyeliner and line from the inside corner towards the outer end of the eye. Continue past the end toward the top of your ear (keep pointed Q-tips nearby to sharpen the line with a little bit of non-greasy makeup remover).

6. Apply masacara.

7. For lips, use a cherry lip pencil to color in the whole lip. Apply a creamy magenta lipstick with a shiny finish.

This flirty Shine look features glittery eyes and bold lips. It should be shown off during a night out with friends or to a holiday celebration.

1. Massage the skin with a moisturizer to provide a good base for the foundation.

2. Apply liquid foundation all of the face—including the lips—then lightly dust a loose powder on the T-Zone.

3. Apply a taupe cream eyeshadow over the entire lid, then add a layer of gold-toned glitter on the middle upper lid.

4. To create a little drama, smudge a dark brown liner on the top and bottom lash line.

5. Curl the lashes and add two coats of black mascara.

6. Apply a matte red lipstick. Blot, then reapply for lasting color.

Shine should be subtle and never overdone. Too much shimmer all over your face, or products that have large shimmer particles in them, can make you look sweaty in pictures instead of glowing and radiant. It is best to use a finely milled shimmer product. This look is romantic--perfect for a date or a holiday party.

1. Apply foundation, concealer and powder and place a pinky or peachy blush on the apples of your cheeks.

2. Swirl your eyeshadow brush in all colors of a Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick (if your skin is fair with cool undertones, go for the rose or rose gold shade; if you have a darker complexion with olive undertones, use bronze) and sweep over entire lid, except brow bone. Use only the lightest color of shimmer brick under the brow bone to give you a beautiful highlight, then dot that same shade in tear ducts to make eyes look bright and alert.

3. Apply a liner of your choice and your favorite mascara.

4. Take your index finger and swipe it on the lightest color of the shimmer brick (the same shade you used on brow bone and tear ducts), then run your finger down the bridge of your nose. This will give an illusion of a thinner nose and help create dimension on your face.

5. Swirl a blush brush in all the shades and sweep just above your blush that was placed on the apples of your cheeks. This will highlight your cheekbones and really give you a beautiful glow.

6. Lastly, create a full, sexy lip by using a clear or shimmery lipgloss and dabbing just the center of your bottom and top lip.

To me, Shine is about standing out from the crowd. Create a bold eye inspired by the colorful metallic sheen on insect wings by using multiples colors of eyeliner pencils—yellow, green, blue, navy, purple and more. Keep the skin clean and the lip simple.
