"Jennifer Lawrence"

Vanity Fair, November 2014
Hair by Oribe

Oribe was inspired by Helmut Newton’s iconic 1985 photograph of Elizabeth Taylor in a pool with a parrot for his work with Jennifer Lawrence for the November 2014 issue of
Vanity Fair. “The overall look is short hair with sex appeal,” he explained. “There’s no reason hair should look bad while it’s growing out.”

Get the Look:
1. Create a pin curl set on damp hair, using Royal Blowout Heat Styling Spray on the ends. Pin curl the hair away from the face. Let hair dry naturally.
2. Once hair has dried, remove the pins and let hair loose. Apply Soft Dry Conditioner Spray to achieve soft, natural curls.
3. For a tighter look at the sides, rub a quarter-sized amount of Rock Hard Gel in your hands and run through the sides where you want the hair close to the head.
