Recipe: <br />
1. Combine 1.5 oz Laird’s AppleJack, .75 oz Pear Cordial, .75 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth and 2 to 4 dashes of baked apple bitters in a glass and stir over cracked ice. <br />
2. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube. <br />
3. Express (twist) an orange peel over the surface of the drink. Discard the orange peel. <br />
4. Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice.

Drink: Winter Old-Fashioned (left)<br />
Recipe:<br />
1. Muddle one orange slice with .5 oz maple cinnamon syrup and 2 dashes of bitters in a glass.<br />
2. Add a cherry and ice to the glass. Shake a few times.  <br />
3. Add 1 oz of water and 2.5 oz of bourbon to a double old-fashioned glass and pour ice, cherry and orange mixture on top.<br />

Recipe: <br />
1. In a pint glass, combine 2.5 oz Brandy, .75 oz homemade spiced-apple syrup and .5 oz lemon juice. Fill with ice and shake up ingredients. <br />
2. Serve straight up with a half cinnamon sugared rim.

Drink: Hot Apple Cider with Calvados<br />
Recipe: <br />
1. In a shaker glass, combine 2 oz Calvados Apple Brandy, 2.5 oz Hot Apple Cider, .25 oz fresh lemon juice, .25 oz simple syrup and .5 tsp of butter.<br />
2. Shake up ingredients and pour into a glass. Serve with grated nutmeg on top and a cinnamon stick.

Drink: The Anti-Chocolate Chocolate Flip<br />
Recipe: <br />
1. Combine 1.5oz 10-year-old Port wine, .25oz Punt e Mes Italian Vermouth, 1 oz Guinness beer and 1 whole egg in a shaker glass and mix up. <br />
2. Add ice to the glass and shake. <br />
3. Pour into a coup glass and grate nutmeg on top.
